How it works
Nordlivo brings your family’s calendar, tasks, routines and shopping lists together in one place, so everyone sees the same overview. Nord is there as a calm helper when everyday life gets busy.
Get started in three steps
You create an account and a family in a few minutes. Then you invite your partner, so you’re together in the same family and see the same overview.
- Parents each have their own account and login.
- Children don’t have an account, but they each get a profile with a name and colour. You can add their appointments, routines and tasks and see at a glance what applies to whom.
- More adults, such as grandparents or a stepparent, can be invited too.
- Two homes? If you share children across households, both homes can see the children’s appointments without sharing the rest of your calendar.
Add the things taking up space in your head: the dentist, football practice, packed lunches, the bins and the milk.
- Connect Google Calendar in a few clicks.
- Add calendars from your phone, such as your iPhone calendar.
- You choose which calendars the family sees. Your work calendar can stay private.
- Nordlivo never changes your original appointments. What’s in your own calendars stays exactly as it is.
- Create shared to-dos and choose who each one is assigned to.
- Set up regular routines for mornings, evenings and weekends that repeat automatically.
- Share the shopping list, so everyone can add to it and items can be ticked off as soon as they’re bought.
- Reminders go to the whole family or to the person it’s about, not just whoever created the appointment.
Nord is your calm helper in the app.
- Take a photo of a note from school, an invitation or a meal plan. Nord suggests appointments and tasks from the photo, and you approve them before anything is added.
- Ask about family life: sleep, tantrums, screen time, packed lunches. Nord’s answers are based on more than 600 scientific articles.
- Get the overview: ask, for example, “What’s happening tomorrow?” or “Who’s doing pick-up on Thursday?”
